تغییر رنگ تیتر در css قالب

سلام دوستان

من از گلوبال نیوز برای سایت خبری استفاده می کنم

مشکلی که برای تنظیم اون دارم اینه که نمی تونم رنگ تیتر رو تغییر بدم

با مشورتی که با دوستان انجام دادم متوجه شدن مشکل بر می گرده به css قالب و در واقع قالب رنگ رو به تیتر و تنظیمات ماژول تحمیل می کنه
