مشكل با تغير background

سلام من با اينكه در cssقالب jarutile-joomlart.ir background را تغير دادم ولي تغيري ايجاد نمي شه.

براي اينكه دور قالبم border داشته باشم چكار بايد انجام داد؟؟ لطفا راهنمائيم كنيد.

عزیز غیر از CSS نام فایل بکراند را در INDEX قالب هم جستجم کنید.

منظور شما از border چیست؟ آیا منظور بکراند کل سایت است و یا کادر گرافیکی برای دور قالب؟!

در زبان css یا html و همینطور php خصیصه border مفهومی دیگر دارد. مثال ساده آن نمایش کادر آبی رنگ در برخی از سایت ها به دور عکسها است. که با دستور NO BORDER رفع می شود.
