بخاطر غیرفعال بودن تابع curl هست شما روی آیکون ومپ سرور کلیک کنید و مسیر زیر رو برید PHP/PHP extensions و گزینه php_curl .رو فعال کنید سپس ومپ سرور رو ریست و مجددا سایتتون رو چک کنید --- در XAMPP از فولدر php فایل php.ini را پیدا کنید و درون آن کد کد زیر را پیدا و از حالت کامنت خارج کنید. (; ابتدای آنرا بردارید) و Apache را Restart کنید
